Goal for this part

When a librarian signs in, show a Librarian desk tab listing overdue loans (open loans past due_at). Members do not see that tab.

How to run it and what you should see

Sign in as Ada. The desk should list Grace’s seeded overdue Kindred loan. Sign in as Grace and confirm the desk tab is absent.
